The MPN Poker Tour found its way to Bratislava for the first time ever and it was Dutchman Alex Hendriks who manuevered through 329 entries over 3 days to take down the event for a cool $33,148.

Day 3 began with 13 remaining entrants who battled it out for a majority share in the €159,565 prize pool. It took a couple of levels before the final table could be formed, following the eliminations of Sebastian Langrock, Will Dorey, Dmitri Zatsik and Danijel Kucurski.

A look at the stacks at the beginning of the final table:

1. Alex Hendriks – 2,182,000
2. Andy Hills – 649,000
3. Colin Guthrie – 1,329,000
4. Jussi Mattila – 1,098,000
5. Jiri Noga – 1,561,000

7. Sebastian Rebhan – 746,000
8. Daniel Camus – 410,000
9  Johannes Park Skak – 686,000

Final table action saw Poker Pro Andy Hills busting out in 9th place followed by Colin Guthrie and Johannes Park. 20 Year old Dominik Desset bowed out in 4th place. Finally, the top 3 decided to make a deal which saw them chop most of the money. This did not seem to deter anyone’s hunger for victory, however, as play continued for quite a while even after the deal. It was Alex Hendriks who emerged victorious.
