Poker pro confirms entry into reality TV show
Ronnie Bardah, poker-pro and WSOP bracelet winner, recently announced that he has officially gained entry into the 39th edition of the reality TV show, Survivor. It’s not just all about hoodies and a pair of shades for Ronnie; he’s out to prove it Survivor-style this time! The Main Event casher-in will be one of the 20 participants gunning for the top prize money in Survivor: Island of the Idols.
Baradah is not the first poker pro to make it to the Survivor, fellow comrade Jean-Robert Bellande was also seen on the show. However, Jean lasted a brief stint of only three weeks before he was voted out. All eyes are on Baradah who also happens to be an avid hiker and kickboxer! He will certainly have to show his steel to outlast the grueling challenges and his competitor’s strategies.
Another Poker-pro to have starred in the show was Garrett Adelstein. Adelstein competed in the 28th edition of Survivor and unfortunately flopped out early in the game. The competition is recognized as one of the toughest in the world, testing both physical and mental strengths and we believe poker pros love to take on this challenge!
Ronnie is going to be a force to reckon with considering his poker track record. The pro has finished 5 times in a row in the money in the WSOP Six-Max event, and from 2010 to 2014. This is a record only he holds and no one has come close to it! This is the tenacity we hope will put Barhdah on full display if he’s got to get his hands on the whopping paycheck!
Bon Chance Ronnie! Outwit.Outplay.Outlast.
