The First ever US Poker Open came to a conclusion on Sunday and it was Keith Tilston who walked away with the Main Event Title as well as a cool $660,000 for his efforts. Tilston’s total winnings for the series touched $1,047,100 Mn with this victory which nearly matched his overall career earnings in live tournaments.
Tilston battled high stakes tournament regular Jake Schindler heads-up who had a pretty impressive week himself, cashing in 4 events with a total of $693,400. Schindler’s career earnings now total over a whopping $16.5 Mn. Daniel Negreanu took 3rd place in the Main Event for $264,000.
