Sam Greenwood Takes Down WPT Amsterdam High Roller for $154,539

The   €6,000 buy-in WPT Amsterdam High Roller event recently came to a conclusion with none other than Sam Greenwood taking home the largest piece of the prize pool along with the title. Greenwood received $154,539 for his 1st place finish.

The field included several notable players such as  Rainer Kempe, Ryan Reiss, Zhong Chen and Thomas Mühlöcker among others. Greenwood began the final table as chip leader and never let go of his momentum. Eventually, he found himself heads-up against another tough opponent – Dutch Local Clyde Tjauw Foe and managed to defeat him for the victory.
