The partypoker LIVE MILLIONS Germany took place from February 8 -18 and concluded with the €5,300 No Limit Hold’em Main Event which attracted an impressive 1,022 entries in total. It was Swedish superstar Viktor Blom who emerged victorious after five days to walk away with the title as well as €850,000 for his efforts.
Blom entered the final day however as 2nd in chips trailing behind local player Ondrej Drozd. 13 players made it to the final day including Joao Simao – partypoker ambassador who had already cashed in both €25,000 high rollers coming 2nd and 4th – and Adrian Mateos – three time WSOP winner.
After nearly 14 hours of play on the final day Viktor Blom found himself heads up against Pavel Plesuv and made what is touted as one of the best calls in poker in the recent years, in order to snatch the partypoker Live Millions Main Event Title.
