The National Poker Series Day 14 Round-Up

The National Poker Series worth INR 15 Crores GTD kicked-off on 13th June on PokerBaazi. We’ve now reached the penultimate day of the series and find ourselves closer than ever to crowing India’s first poker gold medalist! Let’s take a look at how Day 14 of the NPS went down on PokerBaazi! 

  • NPS#82 TIME BOMB 1.5 LAC GTD

The first event of the NPS Day 14 was the NPS#82 Time Bomb 1.5 LAC GTD (RE) event. The tournament received a total of 385 entries creating a prize pool of INR 2,31,000 with a min. cash of INR 115 and 115 players who survived till the time on the clock ran out!

Guruprasad ‘fish_calling’ Gupta had the chip lead when the time ended and took home the Gold medal for a payout of INR 14,253, followed by Adarsh ‘lazaygamer007’ Subham (INR 11,250) and ‘tanmay1818’ (INR 9,702).  All players receive Gold, Silver and Bronze medals respectively. 

  • NPS#83 NPS GOLDEN RUSH 1 CR GTD (FLIGHT 1N)

The second event of the day was none other than the NPS Golden Rush 1CR. GTD Flight 1N! This flight of the high value tournament received a total of 2,031 entries from which 180 players were able to survive 27 levels and earn their spots on the all important Day 2 of the Golden Rush. Here are the top 10 finishers from Flight 1N of the Golden Rush:

  • NPS#84 DEEPDIVE 3 LAC GTD (RE)

Next up on NPS Day 14 was the NPS#84 Deepdive 3 LAC GTD (RE) event. The tournament received a total of 1,212 entries creating a prize pool of INR 9,69,600 with a min. cash of INR 1,357 and 135 places paid. A 4-Way deal took place at the end of the Deepdive event!

Akash ‘Bazingaking’ Saluja shipped the event and earned themselves a payout of INR 1,06,382! ‘Findmuckk’ finished in second place and earned himself a payout of INR 97,854! ‘Nilar’ finished in third position for a payout of INR 1,14,869. All players receive Gold, Silver and Bronze medals respectively. 

  • NPS#85 SATURDAY SLAM DUNK 20 LAC GTD (RE)

Next up on the schedule was another big event. The Saturday Slam Dunk INR 20L GTD event received a total of 823 entries, creating a prize pool of INR 32,92,000, 99 places paid and a min. cash of INR 6,254! 

‘Ankitmodi’ took down this massive event and earned himself his first gold medal and a payout of INR 4,91,574 after a heads-up deal with Rumit ‘rumit’ Khade who earned themselves a payout of INR 5,02,939 while Gurpal ‘roothless’ Singh finished in third position for the bronze medal and a payout of INR 2,64,677!

  • NPS#86 NPS MAIN EVENT 3 CR GTD (FLIGHT 1F)

The penultimate event of Day 14 was the sixth flight of the massive NPS Main Event 3 Crores GTD event. The flight received a total of 1,179 entries, and only 116 players were able to make it to Day 2 from Flight 1F. Let’s take a look at the Top 10 stacks that were able to make it to the all important Day 2 of the Main Event:

  • NPS#87 RELAY 5 LAC GTD (RE)

The final event of Day 14 of the NPS was the 5L GTD Relay event. The tournament received a total of 887 entries creating a prize pool of INR 11,08,750 with a min. cash of INR 1,884 and 108 places paid. 

Mohak ‘Tiltin’ Kapoor shipped the event and earned themselves a payout of INR 1,94,031! Sameer ‘Killersam’ Tavanandi finished in second place and earned himself a payout of INR 1,35,933! ‘Atravaman1’ finished in third position for a payout of INR 87,924. All players receive Gold, Silver and Bronze medals respectively. 

So, that was how Day 14 of the National Poker Series panned out!
